Hominy is not an easy lake by any stretch and the anglers were tested both mentally and physically for the duration of the tournament. There were some cracking fish caught... and lost :D

Our thanks to all those that attended and made the journey accross country to OK. :D

The Trophy for the ACS Nationals will be made and presented to Paul Pezalla and Al St Cyr at a later date and will be passed on to each consecutive years winners... :D:D:D

Tournament details will be listed and updated on the ACS web-site in the coming months. :D:D

  4. Hi Jim,

The lake is in the south east corner of Idaho, its a very special place where 99.9% of the Carp are Mirrors!! Many of the locals have never seen a Common!!! Think a Common is a genetic mutation up there... :D

We shot a DVD of the place and hope to have all the post production done by late spring 2005... :D:D

Thanks Paul, as you know here in the States this Mirror pool is a true find, Dave put a lot of time into getting the place sorted... Think that many of the lakes in that area are similar... Hope to revisit soon... Tim has been too I think with Jules... John Jennings lives closest, so hopefully next year he can help scope more of the place out for us all...

Thanks Phone, I've wriiten it down in my little Carp angling notebook... Wont make the same terminology mistake twice... :D:D

    Cheers,

    Wayne
