This was our rest day in Wheatley Provincial Park. We started the day sitting in the sun on the footbridge drinking our coffee. It was glorious. The sound of wildlife in the marsh was overwhelming. The diversity in the wetland was astounding. We listened to songbirds and bullfrogs while we watched carp spawning among the reeds.
