same here. i actually tried going out for some bluegill just to get started, that didnt go so well though with only about a 10-15 ft spot that wasnt frozen.

funny cause i just went to look at that spot a couple days before on sunday. someone was ice fishing with there kid when i went.

Ive never been to a saginaw event as this is my first year with michigancarp, but like andy said in an earlier post i think the camping event would be pretty cool!

Your right its awsome over here, there is so much info about carp, tackle, techniques that i dont even know where to begin! There is always almost somthing to post about even in the winter! The admission fee dosent seem to much with all the benifits of it. Thank you for suggesting that i come over here, i appreciate it!

Ya i might im definetly hoping and i have a good feeling that i might ! Thanks Andy! You are also a great fisherman you hold the 2nd biggest of our michigan club at 37lb which takes a lot of skill to land!
As of now my PB stands at 22lb
