    If you go to www.ups.com and hit the "time & cost" link, you can get transit times for the various classes of shipping. You will need the ACS zip code as well as your own. That is only half the answer, of course. You also need to know when they will ship it and only ACS can answer that.

    I would like to add that there has always been a flea market at the CCC and there will be again this year. Open to private parties and to dealers. New and used goods. Borofc, when your contributions to CAG, either time or goods, reach 1% of mine (or David Moore's), I might be willing to listen to your ill-considered, uninformed comments. Until then, put a cork in it.

    Bringing it to the top, yeah right. Your post was 21 minutes after mine. I don't think it had sunk that far down. I do have the permit and a little more knowledge. It should go smoother next time. Trouble is, one never knows what they will be looking for. On a previous shipment, they went nuts because of fishmeal. So I ordered baits without fishmeal and they went nuts over mad cow and Exotic Newcastle disease. Who knows what it will be next time.

    Chris, I will be flying to Austin and will send some stuff down. I will probably be out of the bulk pineapple by then (may well be out by Monday, they are flying off the shelf). Phil, you never pass up a chance at a cheap shot, do you. One of these days I will be clever enough to shoot back Air-tight, factory-sealed bags. They are as soft and smell as wonderful now as the day they were made.

    After 5 months of dealing with the seemingly intractable bureaucracies of the US, UK, New Zealand and Italy, I now have Mainline boilies in stock. Including the Pineapple, the Town Lake miracle bait.

    The always delightful Alice is retiring from the bait & tackle business to pursue a career in acting. She is leaving for France soon after the CCC. We could not ask for a better Vice President of Domestic Operations and will miss her. If you want to place an order with someone who is actually polite on the phone, you better call in the next day or two, before she leaves.
